Worked on improving parent-child relationships by changing parent-child interaction patterns utilizing an empirically-supported treatment (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy - PCIT) for conduct-disordered young children. Additional responsibilities included providing grief counseling and telephone counseling for multiple hot lines including lines for crisis counseling for adults, 24X7 youth line for run- away adolescents, Neonatal death line, and job seekers counseling line.
